I'm often amazed at the number of employees in organizations who sit back and wait for something good to happen to them, while never taking action to add value to the organization.
ReplyDeleteSome people choose to be bitter rather than dynamic, but don't know they've made the choice. Maybe you could post an "Are You Dynamic?" checklist. I think it would be valuable!
